Deborah Pollard

As a child camping on Florida’s beaches, Deborah established her life-long passion for nature and adventure. An avid gardener, traveler, and hobby-farmer, Deborah and her husband, a sixth-generation Floridian, call the Florida Wildlife Corridor home. Deborah brings a deep understanding of the Sunshine State along with decades of experience in fundraising, partnership building, interactive media, and event production with organizations including iHeart Media and Archbold Biological Station. She is excited to tie together her passion for nature, adventure, music, and strategic partnerships to more deeply engage people across the state of Florida. For Deborah, Live Wildly means celebrating the “real rockstars of the world” – the scientists, conservationists, supporters, and advocates rallying to protect nature now—and for generations to come!
